Minoz, the stars have aligned — and the Minhoverse is officially headed to Manila. Actor Lee Minho is set to return to the Philippines for his Asia fan meeting tour, with a stop at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on April 26, 2025.
The 2025 Lee Minho Asia Fan Meeting Tour: Minhoverse kicks off in Seoul on March 8 and marks another major milestone in the Korean superstar’s career, which began nearly two decades ago.
Back in 2008, actor Kim Su-ro, who worked with Lee on the film “Our School’s E.T.,” said, “I recognize a star when I see one.” A year later, Lee Minho landed the career-defining role of Gu Jun-pyo in the hit K-drama “Boys Over Flowers.” While many fell for the character, most stayed for Lee’s commanding performance — one that earned him best new actor honors at the 45th Baeksang Arts Awards and the 2009 KBS Drama Awards. With the drama’s massive success, Lee Minho was officially launched into Hallyu stardom.

He went on to headline some of the most iconic Korean dramas of the past decade: “City Hunter” in 2011, “The Heirs” in 2013, “The Legend of the Blue Sea” in 2016, and “The King: Eternal Monarch” in 2020. His most recent project, “When the Stars Gossip,” continues to expand his global reach.
Along the way, he has earned a long list of accolades, including the top excellence award for actor at the 2011 Korean Drama Awards and the SBS Drama Awards for “City Hunter,” best Asian actor at the 2013 Baidu Feidian Awards, and breakthrough performance of the year at the 2022 Gold Derby Awards for his work in “Pachinko.”
Commendations
In 2014, Lee received the Prime Minister’s Commendation at the Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards for his contribution to the Korean Wave, as well as the National Brand Award grand prize for the culture sector from the Institute of National Brand Promotion in 2017.

Now considered one of the most influential Korean actors in the world, Lee Minho has maintained a strong connection with his global fanbase through acting, music and fan events. His two EPs, “My Everything” (2013) and “Song for You” (2014), were recorded specifically for his fans, with no intention of launching a music career.
Filipino fans have had several chances to see the actor through previous brand-related fan meetings. But this time, he returns to Manila as part of an official tour, bringing the Minhoverse experience to local fans.
