Photos of South Koren actor Lee Do-hyun for his latest drama were released today. The actor is one of the leads in the upcoming series “The Glory.”
Song Hye-kyo plays Dong-eun, a woman who went through bullying in school. She then plans to take revenge against her bullies after a few years of waiting. She meets Yeo-jeong, played by Lee Do-hyun, along the way.
In a press conference this week, Lee said that he chose to do the character of Yeo-jeong because he is not a black and white character. He said that because he got curious about Yeo-jeong, he hopes the others will too.
“Yeo-jeong lived a very protected life. He seems bubbly and has high energy, but there’s a duality in him,” he said.

It was also revealed that he had to do at least five different versions for each scene. Lee Do-hyun said that it was because he had a degree of expressions to different lines.
“So I would prepare a simple delivery of a particular line, a little bit heightened, a little bit more complex –these different versions of the same line in the scene, that’s what I prepared so that we can be more adventurous in terms of what degree we should finetune the acting,” he said.
