Kim Seon-ho

Ahn Hyo-Seop

Ahn Hyo-seop gained widespread recognition for his leading roles in popular Korean dramas such as “Still 17” (2018), “Abyss” (2019), “Dr. Romantic 2” (2020), “Lovers of the Red Sky” (2021), “Business Proposal” (2022), and “Dr. Romantic 3” (2023). His versatility extends beyond acting, as he hosted the 2019 AAA and received the Best Actor Award for his role in “Dr. Romantic.” In addition, Ahn Hyo-seop was part of the project group “One O One” which disbanded in 2019.

Lee Jun-ho

Junho, a versatile South Korean artist, is not only a member of the popular boy band 2PM but also a singer, songwriter, dancer, composer, and accomplished actor. He made his acting debut in 2013 with “Cold Eyes” and has since garnered acclaim for his roles in various dramas and films, including “The Red Sleeve,” for which he received the Best Actor Award at the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards.

Kim Se-jeong

Kim Se-jeong, also known as Sejeong, is a South Korean singer and actress. She rose to fame through “Produce 101” and was part of I.O.I and Gugudan. She’s now a celebrated solo artist and actress, known for her lead roles in series like “School 2017,” “The Uncanny Counter,” and “Business Proposal.”

Moon Ga-young

Moon Ga-young, a German-born South Korean actress, has garnered recognition for her impressive acting career. Her notable roles include appearances in “Heartstrings” (2011), “EXO Next Door” (2015), “Tempted” (2018), “Welcome to Waikiki 2” (2019), “Find Me in Your Memory” (2020), “True Beauty” (2020–2021), “Link: Eat, Love, Kill” (2022), and “The Interest of Love” (2022–2023). Lee Dong-hwi

Lee Joon-hyuk

Jung Sung-il

Jung Sung-il  is an esteemed South Korean actor who has made a name for himself in the industry. He achieved widespread recognition and acclaim for his role in the Netflix original series “The Glory” (2022–2023). His exceptional talent and contributions to the world of entertainment continue to solidify his position as a respected figure in South Korean cinema and television.

Kim Young-dae

Kim Young-dae is a talented South Korean actor known for his diverse roles in television dramas. He garnered early recognition through the MBC high school drama “Extraordinary You” (2019) and later made notable appearances in the SBS series “The Penthouse: War In Life” (2020) and the KBS2 series “Cheat on Me If You Can” (2020). Kim took on his first leading role in the tvN series “Shooting Stars” (2022) and showcased his versatility in the period drama “The Forbidden Marriage.”

Lee Jun-young

Lee Jun-young, also known as Jun, is a multifaceted South Korean artist known for his roles as a singer, rapper, and actor. He started his career with U-KISS in 2014 and later joined the project group UNB after winning “The Unit” in 2017. Moon Sang-min

Moon Sang-min gained recognition for his role as Grand Prince Seongnam in “Under the Queen’s Umbrella” (2022). He started as a model and made his acting debut in 2019. In 2021, he starred in Netflix’s “My Name” and, in 2022, gained popularity, landing multiple advertising deals, particularly for watches and beauty products.

Yoo Seon-ho

Yoo Seon-ho is a versatile South Korean talent, excelling as a singer, actor, and model. He initially gained recognition as a contestant on the survival reality show “Produce 101 (season 2)” and later made his mark in the drama “Under the Queen’s Umbrella.” Notably, he has been a cast member of the variety show “2 Days & 1 Night” since 2022, and his modeling prowess earned him the prestigious Model Grand Prize.

Ahn Dong-goo

Park Jae-chan

Cha Joo-young

Lee Eun-saem

Lee Eun-saem is a talented South Korean actress celebrated for her diverse and charismatic roles in dramas like “The Red Sleeve,” “The Miracle We Met,” “Bad Papa,” “Black Dog: Being A Teacher,” and “All of Us Are Dead.” Her remarkable acting skills have also been showcased in movies such as “Innocent Witness,” “Midnight Runners,” “The Gangster, the Cop, the Devil,” and “The Fault Is Not Yours.”

Kim Ji-hoon

NewJeans

NewJeans is a group known for their ’90s-inspired music and girl-next-door image. Their debut single “Attention” topped South Korea’s Circle Digital Chart in July 2022, followed by hits like “Hype Boy” and “Cookie.” In January 2023, their single album “OMG” was a commercial success, led by the track “Ditto,” which became a chart-topper and marked their entry into the Billboard Hot 100 and UK Singles Chart. They received rookie awards, Time’s Next Generation Leaders recognition, and Forbes’s Korea Power Celebrity 40 spot. NewJeans has also collaborated with various brands, including Musinsa, Levi’s, Coca-Cola, LG Electronics, and McDonald’s Korea.

LE SSERAFIM

LE SSERAFIM is a five-member girl group under Source Music. Debuting on May 2, 2022, with their first mini album “Fearless,” the group’s name is an anagram of “I’m Fearless,” symbolizing self-confidence and a strong determination to persevere. In 2023, they achieved success with their hit songs “Fearless,” and “Antifragile”.  Their latest studio album, “Unforgiven” is also making the charts. Le Sserafim has won awards, including the Rookie of the Year at the 2023 Seoul Music Awards and Favorite New Artist in 2022.

NMIXX

Nmixx is a girl group under SQU4D, a sub-label of JYP Entertainment. Comprising six members, they made their debut on Feb. 22, 2022, with the single album “Ad Mare.” In 2022, they won the Favorite New Artist award. In addition to their debut, Nmixx achieved significant success with their release “expérgo,” which achieved the 8th highest 1st-week sales of any girl group in Hanteo history.

ITZY

Itzy is a renowned group formed by JYP Entertainment. They made their debut on February 12, 2019, with the single album “It’z Different.” Itzy has achieved significant recognition in the K-pop industry, winning numerous awards, including the prestigious Rookie of the Year at the Asia Artist Awards in 2019. One of their standout tracks is “Dalla Dalla,” which contributed to their widespread popularity. They hold the distinction of being the first K-pop girl group to achieve a “Rookie Grand Slam.”

STAYC

STAYC is a dynamic six-member girl group hailing from High Up Entertainment. They burst onto the scene on November 12, 2020, with their captivating debut single album, “Star To A Young Culture.” Notably, the name STAYC itself is an abbreviation for “Star To A Young Culture,” reflecting their commitment to shaping the future of music and entertainment.

KEP1ER

Kep1er is a sensational South Korean girl group that emerged from the competitive grounds of the Mnet reality show, Girls Planet 999, in 2021. Under the management of Swing Entertainment and WakeOne, Kep1er boasts a lineup of nine talented members. Their highly-anticipated debut took place on Jan. 3, 2022, with the release of their debut extended play (EP) titled “First Impact.” and won the MAMA Award for Favorite New Artist in 2022.

Dreamcatcher

Dreamcatcher, previously known as MINX, is a South Korean girl group recognized for their distinctive rock and metal-infused sound. The group consists of seven members who initially debuted as MINX and later rebranded as Dreamcatcher in 2017, embracing a darker concept. In 2022, they won the Best Music Video award at the K Global Heart Dream Awards and were nominated for the Worldwide Fans’ Choice Top 10 at the MAMA Awards, among other achievements.

Lapillus

Lapillus is a six-member girl group under MLD Entertainment. They made their debut on June 20, 2022, with the digital single album “Hit Ya!”. In 2023, they won the New Wave Star Award at the Seoul Music Awards. Their vocalist, Chanty, is a Filipino-Argentine singer and actress who started her career in the Philippines.

Co-ed Groups

Kard

Kard is a co-ed group formed by DSP Media. They debuted in July 2017 with “Hola Hola,” known for their trendy contemporary house and dancehall-infused K-pop. They’re recognized for blending various genres like electropop, hip-hop, EDM, and alt-R&B, often resonating with international K-pop fans. They’ve explored Latin dance music and embraced moombahton, notably seen in their single “Dumb Litty” and fourth EP, “Red Moon.” In 2017, they won the Rookie of the Year Award in Music at the Asia Artist Awards.

AKMU

AKMU, also known as Akdong Musician, is a South Korean duo composed of siblings Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun. They made their debut with YG Entertainment in April 2014 after winning SBS’ K-pop Star 2. Their debut album, Play, received widespread acclaim, selling over 6.9 million downloads and earning the “Best Pop Album” award at the 12th Korean Music Awards. Their subsequent albums, Spring and Winter, continued to build on their success, and as of March 2017, they have achieved more than 23 million digital sales in South Korea.

Stray Kids

Self-producing group Stray Kids has a prolific discography. They are known for their hits “God’s Menu,” “Miroh,” “S-Class” and their latest chart-topper “Lalalala.” Their albums “Oddinary” (2022), “Maxident” (2022), “5-STAR” (2023) and “Rock-star” have topped Billboard 200. The Billboard Hot 100 Charting artists are truly the leaders of their 4th generation.

The Boyz

The Boyz is a dynamic boy band under the management of IST Entertainment. They made their debut on December 6, 2017, with the hit single “Boy” from their debut EP, “The First.” Comprised of Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, New, Q, Ju Haknyeon, Sunwoo, and Eric, the group showcased their immense talent, earning them the prestigious Male Rookie of the Year Award.

&Team

&Team, a Japanese boy band formed under Hybe Labels Japan, is made up of nine talented members. They emerged from the reality-survival show &Audition – The Howling, debuting with their single “Under the Skin” in November 2022 and their EP “First Howling: Me” in December 2022. The group’s name reflects their diverse unity, and they were honored with the Best 5 New Artists award at the 2023 Japan Gold Disc Awards.

BSS (Seventeen)

BSS, an abbreviation for BooSeokSoon, represents the pioneering sub-unit of the immensely popular South Korean boy band, Seventeen. This charismatic trio, formed in 2018, boasts the dynamic talents of DK, Hoshi, and Seungkwan, each contributing their unique flair to the group’s vibrant identity. BSS received the prestigious Best Unit award at the 2023 Brand of the Year Awards, solidifying their status as a remarkable sub-unit within the Seventeen phenomenon.

Tempest

Tempest is a South Korean boy band managed by Yuehua Entertainment, featuring seven members. They made their debut in March 2022 with their EP “It’s Me, It’s We” and have swiftly gained recognition, earning awards like the New Wave Award at the 2022 Asia Artist Awards and the Male Idol (Rookie) Award at the 2023 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards.

SB19

SB19, a Filipino boy band formed in 2016 under ShowBT Philippines, comprises Pablo, Stell, Ken, Justin, and Josh. They officially debuted with “Tilaluha” on October 26, 2018, and made history as the first Southeast Asian act nominated at the Billboard Music Awards and entering the top 10 of the Billboard Social 50. Known for their viral hit “Gento” and numerous endorsements, SB19 has become a prominent figure that represents Pinoy pop music even in the international scene.

Hori7on

Hori7on, a Filipino boy band formed in 2023, made history as the first to debut in South Korea. They emerged from the Kapamilya Channel’s reality show, Dream Maker (2022–23). On July 24, 2023, they debuted with the album “Friend-Ship,” preceded by three pre-debut singles—”Dash,” “Salamat,” and “Lovey Dovey.”

Oneus

Oneus, a South Korean boy band under RBW, comprises five talented members: Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong, and Xion. They made their debut with the extended play “Light Us” on January 9, 2019, and have since become notable figures in the K-pop scene, earning wins such as the 2019 Rising Star Award.

KINGDOM

KINGDOM, a dynamic seven-member boy group under GF Entertainment, made their debut on Feb. 18, 2021, with their captivating mini album, “History of Kingdom: PartⅠ. Arthur.” They have received recognition, including awards like the 2021 AAA Focus (Singer) and the 2022 AAA Potential (Singer).

ATBO

ATBO is a South Korean boy group formed in 2022 by IST Entertainment through the survival competition The Origin – A, B, Or What?. Comprising seven members, they officially debuted on July 27, 2022, with the EP “The Beginning : 開花.” In 2022, they won the “Rookie of the Year – Singer” award at the Asia Model Awards.

LUN8

Lun8 is a South Korean boy band formed by Fantagio in 2023. Comprising eight members, including Chael, Jin Su, Takuma, Jun Woo, Do Hyun, Ian, Ji Eun-ho, and Eun Seop, they made their debut on June 15, with the extended play “Continue?.”

Zerobaseone

Zerobaseone, is a South Korean boy band, formed this year through Mnet’s reality competition sho “Boys Planet.” They consist of nine members and debuted with the EP “Youth in the Shade” and achieved significant success, including a music show win shortly after debut. Zerobaseone is known for their impressive pre-order sales and their ability to connect with fans through various mediums. They have also been active in endorsements and have a growing global fan base.

BoyNextDoor

RoBoyNextDoor, a South Korean boy bands formed by KOZ Entertainment, debuted in 2023. The group, consisting of six members, gained attention witht heir debut single album “Who!” and the EP “Why..” They’re known for their easy listening music that resonates with the daily lives of their peers. They have also won awards like the Rookie Male Idol at the Brand of the Year Awards and the K Global Super Rookie Award.

Solo Artists

SUHO

Suho is a South Korean singer-songwriter and actor. He’s the leader of the boy group EXO and its sub-unit EXO-K. Suho made his solo debut in 2020 with the EP “Self-Portrait.” He’s also acted in various dramas and movies, receiving praise for his role in the musical “Mozart!”

Kim Jae-joong

Kim Jae-joong is an artist known for his roles in boy bands TVXQ and JYJ. He’s a successful solo singer with chart-topping albums in Korea and Japan, including “WWW,” “No.X,” and “Born Gene.” Jaejoong has also ventured into acting in TV dramas and films and has a growing presence as a host and in documentaries about his life and career. In 2023, he founded his agency, iNKODE, where he serves as the Chief Strategy Officer.

Kwon Eun-bi

Kwon Eun-bi debuted with the girl group Ye-A in 2014 as Kazoo before joining Woollim Entertainment. In 2018, she ranked seventh in the survival show Produce 48, leading to her leadership in the group Iz*One. After Iz*One disbanded, she embarked on a solo career. Her debut mini-album, “Open,” was released on August 24, 2021. Eun-bi received the Best Emotive Singer Award at the 2021 Asia Artist Awards for her exceptional talent.

Lee Young-ji

Lee Young-ji is a rapper who emerged as the winner in both High School Rapper 3 and Show Me the Money 11. Additionally, she hosts the web talk show “No Prepare.” Lee Young-ji’s talents have earned her the Brand Customer Loyalty Award in 2021, specifically in the Hot Icon category.

DinDin

DinDin is an artist known for his rap, production work, and TV appearances. He debuted in 2013 on Show Me the Money 2 and has since released singles, contributed to drama soundtracks, and been a part of shows like Dunia: Into a New World (2018) and 2 Days & 1 Night Season 4. He’s received awards such as Brand of the Year Awards 2022 (Multitainer-Men), and KBS Entertainment Awards for Excellence and Top Excellence in the Show/Variety Category in 2020 and 2022, respectively. He also won the Best OST Award at the 2017 Korea Drama Awards for “Must Be The Money” from Good Manager.

Ash Island

Ash Island is a prominent South Korean rapper. He gained recognition after finishing 4th on Mnet’s High School Rapper Season 2. In November 2018, he joined The Quiett’s sub-label, Ambition Musik, and released his debut album, “Ash,” on March 22, 2019. He has received several awards, including the Korean Hip-hop Awards 2020 for New Artist of the Year, the Melon Music Awards 2021 for Top 10 Artists (Bonsang), and the Mnet Asian Music Awards 2021 for Best HipHop & Urban Music.

Yao Chen

Yao Chen is a member of the boy group R1SE. He gained recognition by joining the survival reality show “Produce Camp” in 2019.

Lim Young-woong

Lim Young-woong, a South Korean singer, gained fame after winning the reality show “Mr. Trot” in 202. He specializes in trot, ballad, and K-pop genres and has achieved significant success with number-one singles on the Gaon Digital Chart. Lim is also recognized for his YouTube channel, where he connects with fans and showcases his musical talents. He has made notable contributions to philanthropy, supporting various causes.

Special Appearance of Filipino Artists

Melai Cantiveros-Francisco

“Pinoy Big Brother” alum and funny girl Melai Cantiveros-Francisco earned her first lead role in the film “Ma’am Chief.” She first gained fame as a the winner of “Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up.” Known for her comedic flair and vibrant personality, she has since become a prominent figure in Philippine television, hosting various shows and starring in several sitcoms and dramas.

Kathryn Bernardo

Kathryn Bernardo, acclaimed Filipina actress, has earned notable awards, including “Outstanding Asian Star” at the 2023 Seoul International Drama Awards. She had also won “Best Foreign Actress” twice in Vietnam. Her recognition in the Philippines also includes multiple GMMSF Box-Office Entertainment Awards thanks to her versatile acting and charismatic presence. She began as a child star and eventually found individual success outside her love team with on-screen partner, Daniel Padilla. As of this writing, she has earned the title “Box Office Queen,” reflecting her immense popularity and influence.

Daniel Padilla

Daniel Padilla, a Filipino actor and recording artist, is renowned for his charming boy-next-door and bad-boy personas. He first gained fame with on-screen partner, Kathryn Bernardo, and bagged the “Best Actor” award at the GMMSF Box-Office Entertainment Awards. Internationally, he won “Best Foreign Actor” in Vietnam. As a musician, he also garnered multiple platinum records. Padilla’s blend of music and acting has since established him as a prominent youth icon.
The group will come to Manila for the 2023 Asia Artist Awards on Dec. 14. The event is promoted by Pulp Live World It is powered locally by Metrobank and Smart.
