SHINee’s Onew is set to leave SM Entertainment according to Naver News. His exclusive contract with the agency will end soon .Fellow member and group maknae Taemin is also set to end his exclusive contract with the agency after 16 years.
There is no report yet on which agency the main vocalist will sign with next.
Onew is the leader of SHINee. He is often described by his fellow members as someone they could really depend on when things get tough. His vocals gave SHINee a distinct sound through the years. Listeners knew that it was a SHINee song because of Onew.
SHINee defined the second generation with their powerful choreography, live performances and powerful vocals.
