Our favorite Cha Eun-woo TV moments

Cha Eun-woo

ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo is consistently showing different sides of himself every time we see him onscreen. He knows how to capture the hearts of anyone who hears his attractive voice and sees his gorgeous face. He was born to be in front of the cameras.

We’ve listed down some of the swoon-worthy Cha Eun-woo moments on television.

Uncle Eun-woo

In a recent episode of KBS’ “The Return of Superman,” Eunwoo met the loveable toddler, Kim Eun-woo, named after Cha Eun-woo himself. Interestingly, both Eun-woos share the same blood type (B) and animal zodiac (Ox). They also have brothers born in the Year of the Rabbit.

Big Eun-woo immediately gained Little Eun-woo’s trust by playing with him and feeding him his favorite fruits: strawberries and grapes. In this episode, he was seen making toy cars cruise over piano keys, making the boy burst into giggles.

Breathless

In one of “Knowing Bros” segments, Eun-woo was asked to read the news as fast as possible. He succeeded, but not without clutching his stomach, sounding out of breath, and seeking support from one of the show’s mainstays. He might have suffered a little bit, but at least he made us breathless, too—because he made us double over with laughter.

Number one 1 Aroha

In the 10th episode of the SBS basketball-centric reality show “Handsome Tigers,”  Eun-woo and his team had an outdoor cookout. His team members took turns on the grill, but Eun-woo was preoccupied with something else.

Turns out, he was looking for the perfect background music for the then windy night, which was none other than ASTRO’s “When the Wind Blows.” He even spoke with so much pride that JINJIN wrote it.

No one is a bigger Aroha than Eun-woo.

Polite Maknae

Eun-woo showed his polite nature in one of the episodes of JTBC’s “Let’s Eat Dinner Together.” As the maknae of the cast, the task of ringing the doorbell of a stranger’s house fell on him, making him bashful and nervous. When he thought someone from the inside finally answered him, he sweetly replied, “주인님?” (master), which earned amused reactions from his co-stars, including Henry Lau. Despite being well-known in the industry, he did not forget to show humility (and maybe unintentional aegyo) to others.

Soccer Cutie

The reality-variety show “All the Butlers,” became an avenue for Eunwoo to showcase his different abilities, including his soccer skillz. In episode 147, Eunwoo wowed his team and everyone watching behind the screen with his impeccable ability to maneuver the ball to the goal. His cute smile after getting all the positive reactions was the cherry on top. What can’t Cha Eunwoo do at this point?

Cha Eun-woo’s acting prowess

Of course, this wouldn’t end without at least one of the cutest things Eunwoo has done for his dramas. In the fourth episode of MBC’s 2023 romantic comedy “A Good Day to be a Dog,” Cha Eun-woo  wanted to impress Park Gyu-gyoung, so he made the effort of watching a video about how to not look like a novice driver. The way he mimicked the instructor will have you smiling until your cheeks hurt.

Through performing, acting, and appearing on variety shows, Eunwoo continues to mesmerize everyone with his talents, wit, and head-turning visuals. It is safe to say that he has mastered the art of being a total darling on TV, and we can’t wait to see more of him on our screens.

Cha Eun-woo will hold his fanmeeting “Just One 10 Minute (Mystery Elevator)” on March 16 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
