There’s no doubt that It’s going to be a battlefield for j-hope’s “Hope on the Stage” in Manila. The concert on April 12-13 at the SM Mall of Asia will mark his first solo concert in the country. The first solo concert of any BTS member for that matter.
Ticketing will not be easy but Smart Communications is offering an exclusive Presale Event on Feb. 20 at 10 am. This means you can try for tickets ahead of the public sale. Here’s how to get access.
How to Get Presale Access
If you’re a Smart subscriber, you can claim a presale access code through the Smart App.
- Smart Prepaid users (February 13-18): Load up through the Smart App to receive a presale code.
- Smart Postpaid subscribers (Plan 599-2999) (February 14-18): Redeem your presale access code under the “Hope on the Stage” tab in the Smart App.
- Smart Infinity members: No need to take extra steps—you will automatically receive a presale code in the Smart App.
A presale access code does not guarantee a ticket. It only gives you access to the first-come, first-served presale event.A maximum of two tickets can be purchased per transaction, and both must be bought together.
What to do on D-day
Once you have your presale code, be ready at 10 a.m. on Feb. 20. Here’s what to do:
- Visit www.livenation.ph and log in or register.
- Search for “j-hope” and click “Find out more.”
- Scroll down and select “Smart Presale”—this will redirect you to www.smtickets.com.
- Log in, select “Hope on the Stage,” and click “Buy Tickets.”
- Enter your presale access code, choose your seat(s), and check out.
- A claim ticket voucher will be sent via email or under My Account > My Ticket
- Print your ticket voucher and redeem your physical ticket at any SM Ticket outlet before the concert. A physical ticket is required for entry.
