Say what you want about HORI7ON, but they were never short of surprising their fans. The group held their second concert in Manila on Nov. 3. They came out wearing school uniforms and Anchors (fandom) sang along to the group’s hits.
Let’s take a look at the show’s highlights:
Fan favorites
The show kicked off with the Tagalog version of “Sumayaw Sumunod”, paying homage to the group’s Filipino roots. HORI7ON also fired up the stage with performances of their hit songs “Lovey Dovey,” “Lucky,” “Dash,” “Six7een,” and an all-member version of “How You Feel.”
An array of talents
HORI7ON showcased their range through the members’ solo stages. Kim played with acoustic guitar as he serenaded the arena with “YK,” followed by Kyler’s equally charming rendition of “I Think They Call This Love” while handing roses out to the audience. Winston warmed up the mood with his cover of “Off My Face.” Marcus proved his singing and dancing prowess with Rain’s “Rainism,” while Vinci took the ballad route with “Falling.” Reyster stunned with a breathtaking interpretative dance to “Die with a Smile.” Jeromy then switched up the vibe with a hip-hop performance of “No More ?’s” and a unit cover of “Butter” with Winston and Marcus.
New songs
Loud cheers erupted as HORI7ON surprised Anchors with their new song “2Cool 2Care,” an upbeat number fused with rock elements composed by the group’s youngest member Marcus. One isn’t enough, the group spoiled the fans with a breezy performance of “Cold”, another unreleased track also composed by Marcus along with the group’s leader Vinci. Truly, these new and exciting concepts are what keeps Anchors coming back for more.
Spelling is fun?
Let’s say spelling is fun when our favorite idols struggle to spell strenuous words. Before they serenade their fans with yet another stellar set of performances, HORI7ON members took on the challenge to spell words such as hypothesis, exquisite, kaleidoscope, and many more. The mini challenge showed friendly banters with the boys and enormous giggles from the crowd.
Gifts
As the night began to wind down, the surprises kept rolling in, creating more heartwarming moments! The boys couldn’t contain their smiles, and happy tears nearly spilled over as a sweet video message from Anchors lit up the screen, showcasing their unwavering support. But that wasn’t all! Suddenly, a mascot appeared, wheeling in a gorgeous cake for the boys, lovingly prepared by Kimchi’s army (X: @KimchisArmy), a collective of Kim’s dedicated fans.
Kim, may napansin ka?

After a while, the surprises didn’t stop there— HORI7ON extended their gratitude for the cake and video message by also preparing letters. Each member poured their love for their fans as they expressed their personalized sentiments. Anchors are truly lucky to have HORI7ON, and the boys feel it is mutual.
The concert ended with an encore as they performed “Sumayaw Sumunod” in Korean Version and “Birthday” with a confetti blast. HORI7ON knows how to spell hype, as their second concert left a note of surprises and high energy.
